Service Summary & Boundaries
Single Dad Space is a private toolkit and gated community for fathers. Clear boundaries keep the environment safe and focused.
You own 100% of your records, journal entries, and uploaded files. Data is encrypted and isolated to your account.
We provide software for organization and community support, not licensed legal representation or court mediation.
Community posting requires ID verification. No dating features, no advertising noise, and no social media toxicity.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using Single Dad Space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the application.
- Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account.
- Paternal status: Single Dad Space is created specifically for divorced, separated, and single fathers. When joining, you attest that you are a father or legal guardian.
- Community verification: While anyone may subscribe to the private organizational toolkit, admission to the interactive community feed requires verification through Stripe Identity, confirming male sex on a valid government-issued photo ID.
2. Scope and Boundaries of the Service
Single Dad Space provides private organizational tools (custody rotation calendars, incident logs, document vaults, expense tracking) and a verified fathers community. To prevent misunderstandings, please note our explicit functional boundaries:
No materials, AI coach responses, templates, or community suggestions constitute legal advice. Single Dad Space is not a law firm. Always consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction for legal guidance regarding custody, child support, or court proceedings.
Single Dad Space is strictly for you. We do not provide co-parent messaging channels, we do not invite or notify the other parent, and we do not transfer funds between parties.
This platform is not a dating app, not a hookup site, and not a public social media network. Any attempts to use the community for romantic solicitation or commercial advertising will result in immediate termination.
3. Community Standards & Code of Conduct
Our community exists to give fathers a calm, grounded, and confidential space to focus on showing up for their children. Members must adhere to the following standards:
- Respect and constructive support: Treat other members with dignity. Discussions should focus on parenting, personal growth, emotional stability, and practical problem-solving.
- Zero tolerance for harassment or threats: Violent language, stalking, hate speech, threats, and harassment of any kind are strictly forbidden.
- No doxxing or publishing private information: Never post personal contact details, private court transcripts, addresses, or phone numbers of co-parents, judges, mediators, teachers, or children.
- Protection of minors: Do not post identifiable full names, sensitive medical disclosures, or compromising photos of children on the community board.
Violations of community standards may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of community access without refund.
4. Ownership of Content & Data Security
You retain full, exclusive ownership of all text, documents, files, and records you upload to Single Dad Space.
Your Rights
We do not claim any copyright or ownership over your court filings, private journal reflections, or family photos. You may export or delete your materials at any time.
Our Protection
We implement envelope encryption (AES-256-GCM) for private journal entries, isolated cloud storage for files, and secure tokenized share links to protect your materials.

6. Subscription Billing & Cancellation
- Billing cycle: Memberships are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
- Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
- Cancellation anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through Account Settings. Following cancellation, your membership remains active until the end of your prepaid period.
- Identity fee coverage: Your active membership covers the third-party verification fee required for community access.
7. Account Security & Prohibited Activities
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree not to:
- • Attempt to circumvent authentication barriers, encryption mechanisms, or rate limits.
- • Upload malicious files, scripts, or corrupted documents.
- • Share account access with third parties or co-parents.
- • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the community feed or user directory.
8. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
Single Dad Space is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in custody negotiations, court appearances, or legal disputes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Single Dad Space, its founders, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on any stored records.
